Revelation is my latest theme creation. It takes the dark glossy look of Aero Fox and adds glassy deep red buttons to the mix. This new version restores the darker drop down menus that many users requested. It also has skinned preference, add-ons, and customize windows. I have gone through and fixed many issues with my themes to make them more compatible with popular extensions such as Fission, AIOS, Colorful Tabs, Feed Sidebar, Web Mail, etc. I will continue to improve compatibility with other popular extensions as issues come up.
To keep my themes free to you, I have partnered with Ask.com to include the Ask Chrome Search Extension in my browser themes. When you install this add-on, your default search engine in the browser chrome search box will be reset to Ask. By using Ask for your searches, you will help subsidize the cost needed to develop, create, and maintain my themes as I continue to improve and expand my collection. Your support will enable me to handle frequent updates, new theme requests, user support and much more. You can always switch back to another search engine later, but give Ask a try and see what you think.
All of my themes will now be Mac and Windows (as well as Linux) compatible so everyone will be able to use them regardless of which OS you are operating. I built my themes on top of the default theme for each system so it displays properly no matter which OS you are running. Previous version had issues on Mac since it was built on the PC version of the default theme.
All my themes and the Ask Chrome Search Extension are certified and guaranteed spyware free. If you have any questions, please visit my website.

Got something to say?
i have been using this theme as my default one before the latest version of Zune is released. it is very sleek, and i am most fond of the shading effect on it.
Much to my regret, it seems to have a bug. A while line emerges on the uppermost edge of the menu bar. is it fixable?
Could you send me a screenshot of the line?
Excellent job with 3.6. Many of the menu color/contrast issues associated with dark themes have been corrected and the theme look fantastic. My only thought as I’ve expressed before is the red should be a tad brighter to really make it ‘pop’. The active row highlight looks great.
I don’t know how you would do this, but if there were a way to give the option of menu background color to the user, I think the active row highlight over black menu backgrounds or over the black/gray background image of you website would look really cool.
Great job!
Absolutely stunning! Been looking for a firefox theme that was dark-this tops them all. Love the dark drop down menus-agreed that maybe the red could be a little lighter but I like it all the same.
Maybe making either the tab that is inactive or the lettering on the tab darker would be a much appreciated improvement-but overall bravo!
Revelation is best theme yet. Looks great and runs smooth. Good job and keep them coming!

Very nice and awesome theme.
But my only problem is that i like to use a extension thats called ColorfulTabs. When I use it I can’t see the text on the tabs.
Now I just have to choose if I’m going to use another theme or I’m going to inactivate ColorfulTabs
I would suggest using Tabmix Plus. It is an extension that allows you to change the tab font color to anything you want as well as many other tab control features.
The theme looks nice and is one of the best if not the best black overall theme available for 3.6
Could you however position the icons and the folders in the bookmark toolbars closer to each other (horizontally). The difference with the original FF theme is obvious, where the icons of the original theme are much closer. (I use icons whitout text)
I use the extension “statusable” which puts an xtra statusbar at the boottom and unclutters the normal statusbar. Because your theme isn’t designed for this extension this makes the whole xtra statusbar of this “statusable” bar white instead of black.
Thanks.
Almost Good.
When click a link to download a file(executable),
dialog box is opened but its “OK” button is shown like inactive.
Only “Cancel” button looks like active.
Still I can press OK. Problem may be only at look.
I am not exactly sure why it is doing that but I think I have an idea. I will mess around and release an update in the next day or two.
Thanks Brett.
“OK” button became good at 3.6.2
I also hope same quality at Aquatint Black.
(virtical white line appears between each icon at statusbar’s right side.)
I will update Aquatint Black today. Those three dark themes had several of the same issues when I did their last updates. I have them fixed with Aero Fox and Revelation. Aquatint Black is next up on the list.
Thanks for the feedback.
revelation is the nicest theme i have ever tried.
works flawlessly, the only problem is that i can’t see whats in the address bar. background and fonts are both white
Howdy, just installed the latest update to Revelation (v. 3.6.6), and unfortunately the mini icons next to the links in the bookmarks toolbar have disappeared. I tried another theme, and they were there, so I can only surmise it to be a Revelation problem. Not a huge deal, just one of those things I prefer Firefox for (Running Mac OSX 10.6.4, Firefox 3.6.8). Totally dig it otherwise, definitely my favorite theme!
Thanks for your attention, and have a good one!
